On July 4, 2023, my son Calviontae McNeal was killed by a random act of violence while standing outside his residence. I would like your signature for the appeal of Victim’s Compensation. The state denied this claim; due to false information from Assistant General Attorney Joe VanDyke ruling it as gang violence, despite of the lack of evidence. I need help with getting justice.
