If you are a home owner or planning on being a home owner of a Manufactured Home listen up!
Currently there is NO ONE, no banks, no lending institutions what so ever, who are willing to finance or re-finance a Manufactured home. We are not eligible for the President's program to allow us to re-finance to a lower interest rate!
Please help me to dis-close this information in this public statement.
Why is this important?
Home owners of Manufactured Homes cannot finance or re-finance their homes. This is discrimination against over 20 million people in the USA.
Manufactured homes are on a foundation, just like stick homes throughout America. Yet, the banks and lending institutions will not help us. This is discrimination!
