Drivers should be able to continue to pay toll collectors rather than using EZ Pass. The state now wants to shift the burden to those who are unable to obtain credit cards and put surcharges on drivers who do not use EZ Pass. This plan is wrong and must be stopped in its tracks.

Drivers should be able to use the toll booths to pay for driving on the Mass Pike as opposed to using EZ Pass.
