Why is this important?
Without a U.N. Mandate, we would be wrong, in firing upon Syria. First, get the U.N. Mandate , secondly, Congressional approval, then proceed from that point. Be absolutely sure, that the Assad administration, used those chemical weapons and not the rebels . Some of those rebels, are not saints either.
