Establish and train new category of K-9 protectors, the School Guardian Dog. These dogs are not fearful of guns being fired and will take down armed assailants while being gentle with children in schools. This new option for school security should incorporate an already existing member of school personnel as handler of the Guardian Dog. No increase in salary, benefits, overtime or retirement costs.
