I am 100% in favor of DUI checkpoints on the roads directly leading out of places where that stupid "ship" is being consumed. They cannot be driving drunk while intoxicated above the legal limit.
Why is this important?
First of all, I got a DUI myself when I used to drink that "ship". When you are wrong, you have to admit it - really! The reason there are so many accidents associated with alcohol consumption is because the intoxicated drivers are driving extremely carelessly - breaking many other laws.
