Economic Viability for Pilot Hill Purchase

We feel the county should include as many recreational opportunities and potential revenue sources as possible in order to provide a sustainable financial platform to acquire and maintain the Pilot Hill Property for the benefit of all Albany County residents. We desire the County to renegotiate the purchase agreement to allow for future motorized use and for some development that supports the intent of the property.

Why is this important?

We believe the purchase of the land should benefit all residents of Albany County and provide as many economic opportunities as possible to sustainably manage the land. Allowing organized and designated motorized use on some portion of the property will provide additional future revenue and economic benefits to help provide for financial sustainability of the Pilot Hill Property and Albany County.
