Equallity for All
It is unfortunate that America, the so-called Land of Equallity, Land of the Free, and Land of opportunity, is degressing to the age of segregation. This can not and should not be tollerated. I ask that ALL governtments, officials, and citizens wether you agree with the lifestyle, orientation, race, age, creed, or origin, adheer to the principles of which the US Constitution and the founding ideals of this country's birth spell out: "for all are endowed with certain inalienable rights the right to Life Liberty amd the pursuit of happieness"; as well as the idea of 'Separation of Church and State'. The religious views matter not in the matter of American citizens' rights to Freedom, Equallity, and opportunity. Wether heterosexual, homosexual, transgender, or any status inbetween, as American's accirding to the Constitution and ideals as set forth on creation of this nation "We, the people of the United States of America, inorder to form a more perfect union, promote the general welfare, ensure domestic tranquillity" are ALL endowed with the Right to Equal treatment and protection of law under All forms of government especially but not limited to: Federal, State, municipal, public, and private. Please take this into consideration and fulfill your oaths of office by representing the people of America, by protecting and deffending, and upholding the Constitution of these United States of America and granting true Equality and freedom to All.
Why is this important?
As citizens of the United States of America, We the People are endowed with certain inalienable rights: the right to life liberty and the pirsuit of happieness. If we truely are "the Land of Equallity" and "the Land of the Free", than All citizens regardless of Race, sex, orientation, origins, and identified status should have equal rights under the law. America is supposed to have Separation of Church and State, the right to Life liberty and the pursuit of happieness. So why then has this country degressed to the age of Segregation and discrimination based on citizens being WHO THEY ARE? The time has come regardless of your beliefs, to grant the equality and the equal protection that is deserved to all citizens. Stand up for freedom, stand up for equallity, and stand up for the an American's right to his/her life, liberty, and pursuit of happieness. For the right to be able to freely live without the threat of pursecution, service refusal, and segregation.
