Ex’Zabre’s Petition for release on bond
We believe that Ex'Zabre Boldridge-Smith is fully capable of successfully reintegrating into society while awaiting further legal proceedings or resolution of his case. We respectfully request that the court grant the release of Mr. Boldridge-Smith on bond, with the understanding that he will fully adhere to any conditions set forth to ensure his success and continued contribution to his family and community.
Ex'Zabre Boldridge-Smith is not a flight risk and does not pose a danger to the community. He has strong ties to his family, including his fiancée, children, and a wide support system of friends. He is responsible for taking care of his sick mother and also provides emotional and financial support to four other children. His commitment to fulfilling his responsibilities as a father, son, and provider demonstrates his readiness for reintegration.
