Why is this important?

Under Article 1, Section 5, of the US Constitution it is stated that each house may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior and with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member. Within the US House of Representatives and the US Senate, various members of Congress must be expelled for dereliction of duty, promoting propaganda, lying to the American people, aiding a foreign adversary, producing deceptive documents to the American public, inciting a riot and violating civil rights laws.
All members guilty of these offenses must be expelled from the US House of Representatives and US Senate.
