Seeking to restart peace talks between Israel and Palestine, President Obama shall request again that the Israeli government immediately halt all new Israeli settlement of the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, adding that the consequence this time for non-compliance will be cessation of all U.S. military aid to Israel.
