Is your credit score an accurate indication of your actual credit risk?
A person can pay their electric, water, gas, and phone bills on time for decades and it has no bearing on their credit until they go delinquent. Simply put, this is not fair. Businesses that review your credit to provide services should be required to report to good credit as well as bad credit regularly.
Why is this important?
The current rules for reporting credit are unfair to consumers and do not provide an accurate indication of credit risk which denies credit to deserving people and forces man consumers to pay higher interest rates than they should.
