Add Rocky Ripple to the "Indianapolis North Flood Damage Reduction Project,White River (North). Don't throw away a viable and productive community.
Why is this important?
I live in a little town called Rocky Ripple, that is now being excluded from a levee project called "Indianapolis North Flood Damage Reduction Project, White River North, Phase III". We have petitioned since 2000 to be added to this project but the Army Corp of engineers is excluding us. We as a tax paying community deserve and demand our right to Flood Protection.
