Form a New Government

Declaration of Divestment and Self-Governance

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for the fifty states of America to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with foreign lobbyists, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to this divestment.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among the People, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience has shown that mankind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Such has been the patient sufferance of these States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of governance. The history of the present lobbyists and their undue influence is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an undue influence over our laws and policies. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world:

They have interfered with the sovereign decisions of our elected representatives.
They have manipulated our legislative processes for their own gain.
They have abused taxation and insure no representation.
They have manipulated patriotic citizens to be slaves to a war machine that only serves to colonize, terrorize and destroy other nations while insuring the wealth of those in power of this United States. 
They have abused religion to pass legislation. 
They have undermined the integrity of our democratic institutions.
In every stage of these oppressions, we have petitioned for redress in the humblest terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyranny, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

We, therefore, the representatives of the fifty states of America, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of these states, solemnly publish and declare, that these United States are, and of right ought to be free and independent states; that they are absolved from all allegiance to foreign lobbyists, and that all political connection between them and foreign influence, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as free and independent states, they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do.

And for the grievous violation of taxation without representation, which deprives us of our rightful voice in the halls of legislation, we declare our cause with solemnity. For years unnumbered, we, the People of these United States, have bore the burden of taxation imposed without our direct consent. Our representatives, duly elected to speak on our behalf, have found their voices drowned by the clamor of foreign lobbyists, whose interests do not align with our own. They levy upon us burdensome taxes and regulations without heed to our pleas or protests. This, among the many oppressions we have recounted, adds weight to our resolve to sever the chains that bind us to such unjust governance.

In the sacred pursuit of liberty and self-governance, we affirm our unyielding right to representation in all matters that affect us, both great and small. No just government can claim legitimacy absent the consent of those it governs. Let it be known to all nations that we, the representatives of the fifty states of America, stand united in our determination to reclaim our sovereignty from the grip of undue influence and to secure for ourselves and our posterity the blessings of true self-determination.

In the name and by the authority of the good people of these states, we pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor to this noble cause. May Divine Providence guide and protect us as we embark upon this journey toward renewed independence and liberty.

Done in Convention by the unanimous consent of the states present the first day of July, in the year two thousand and twenty-four, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-eighth.

Why is this important?

We have to stop the political and religious influence that has destroyed not only the United States, but threatens to undermine our democracy. Our world leaders are leading us into World War 3.
