Minnesota is under attack by the current US President and Administration. These attacks have taken the lives of Minnesota residents, left hundreds of residents brutalized and beaten, residents abducted and sent out of state with a lack of transparency.
DHS and FBI who are charged with investigating the many reports of illegal actions by ICE are refusing to cooporate with Minnesota legal authorities and are withholding vital information needed to ensure transparency. An off duty Brooklyn Park officer was brutally removed from her car during an attack by ICE officers.
Businesses in the state are suffering economically as Minnesotans are afraid to leave their homes.
Schools are closing or going to remote learning as US DHS/ICE agents have targeted school and school transportation sites for abductions.

Why is this important?
Helping Minnesota leave the US is absolutely necessary to proect the people in Minnesota. It is also necessary to help other US States who may choose to follow in this effort.
Leaving the US will mean that US Federal forces no longer have jurisdiction over the people of Minnesota and the privilege of self governance will be restored.
The legal proceedings will be onerous and any help from legal scholars, lawyers and donors to help file the petitions would be greatly beneficial.
