Why is this important?
Ever since television went digital, those who do not choose to pay a cable company must endure horrible reception. Are you tired of "digital signal is weak" (blue screen), stuttering dialogue, frozen images? These problems have been happening since the conversion to digital, but the FCC has done nothing to remedy them, and the cable companies are more than happy to let it continue.
