get a dollar store in Springville Utah Allen's building

We need a dollar store in town . Why are we the only city in Utah with out one. We need a  Low cost store. This store would benefit the city and it's economy. We would all be efit  from the building being full . It would clean up the area. And make that part of main st nice again. So help sign this. Make Springville Utah happy, and profitable.
