Ms. Lima-Taub recently implied that Michigan's newly-elect Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib would blow up Capitol Hill because she is Muslim. This hateful, divisive and racist rhetoric has no place in American politics.
Islamophobia has become normalized in American discourse, and we cannot let this continue to stand. Ms. Lima-Taub should be removed from office for her hateful and racist comments.
