To allow ATVs/UTVs to get street legalized in New York
Why is this important?
There has been a lot of illegal ATV street riding lately, I think this would help solve some of the problems. A dirtbike can get legalized with the proper equipment why shouldn’t something safer be allowed on the roadways of New York.
