Getting Parental Rights Reinstated
We need to raise awareness as a nation, on the dangers of domestic violence against women, its detriment towards women and children in general and the fact that children need to be with their safe and protective mothers, especially in infancy.
Why is this important?
It's important because we need our children to have healthy emotional lives and that consists of having their mothers in their lives. There are multiple cases of children not having their mothers in their lives that end up living in vandalism, etc. Sometimes these mothers have been victims of domestic violence and are further threatened by the fathers of their babies. We need to end violence against women and we can no longer terminate their parental rights. That is a violation of our rights as mothers. That is unconstitutional.
