Glynn County Dog Tethering Ordinance Petition

The current Glynn County “Humane Tethering Ordinance” allows dogs to be tethered 24/7 for the dogs entire life span to a stationary object in any and all weather conditions. This is cruel and undeserving of any and all dogs in Glynn County
