Keep the 10 acres of land on Goldsby (Parcel 25-2S-21-42000-007-0000) zoned as Conservation Residential. Do not change the zoning to Commercial.
Why is this important?
For those of us who use Goldsby to get to our homes, adding commercial space this far north on Goldsby would create increased traffic and make the already unsafe intersection of 98 and Goldsby even more dangerous.
