Do not raise the Determination of Need scores for Illinois disabled and elderly. Do not force the disabled and elderly to lose their personal assistants and their independence.
Why is this important?
Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner is trying to raise the Determination of Need (DON) scores, this will eliminate personal assistants for 10,000 Illinois disabled and 30,000 seniors. I will lose my assistant even though I am a double amputee. Please sign this petition to stop this agregious act.
