Groomers Are Essential
Allow groomers to go back to work starting April 20th 2020
Why is this important?
Grooming animals is an essential service.
Grooming is about maintaining your pets skin, coat, nails, ears and anal glands as well as keeping them comfortable. Vet care and grooming go hand in hand. Groomers often catch things owners may not know about such as skin issues, ear infection,growths/masses and much more. Not all owners can maintain their pets comfortably at home and require frequent grooming. Vets do not have the time to be "grooming" and maintaining medical grooms such as medicated baths or shaving heavily matted dogs/cats. Please allow groomers to come back and groom with safety procedures in place to keep the community and pets safe by offering curbside drop off and safety measures by added sanitation procedures and the use of wearing masks. We have done our part now let us keep pets safely groomed in our facilities.
