North Korea is like a cornered beast trying to show it's fierce power. The reason for much of this is due to their inability to feed their people. The US should offer them help in Fisheries to produce more fish,Lobster, crabs, etc. Also Cold weather agriculture. Help them get better yields in rice, soybeans, etc, Show our friendship in technology. Try to stee there energies toward coexistance and being a inport/export partner.
