Help the homeless veterans

Upset seeing our vets left out on the streets after they have fought for OUR FREEDOM? Let's come together as a community and show our vets that they still matter, they are appreciated, and are still human instead of making them feel like nothing more than a forgotten soul, or beneath their worth.

Why is this important?

My sister and I are military dependents and it breaks our hearts to see how our vets are treated after fighting for our country. The government sends our loved ones off to war and then when they come home and hit a rough spot in life they are brushed off and forgotten. They are left to fight their demons and battles with homelessness, addiction and other issues they may end up having to cope with what they've experienced or lost in life. Most vets become addicts because it's the only way they know to numb the pain of everything they loss. When I mention loss im referring to the following:
1. Loss of fallen brothers in arms
2. Loss of family because their family don't know how to help with nightmares, PTSD, or their just plain scared of what their loved one may be capable of after coming home from war.
