Why is this important?
Nobody is prepared for the sort of devastating impact being in a war can cause. My brother Jacob has been serving time in the San Luis Obispo county jail, specifically in solitary (for three months), and I don't believe he deserves such treatment. He suffers from PTSD, depression and traumatic brain injury from an IED, and, at the very least, for his service and sacrifice, he should be given the treatment he needs to reintigrate with society and be with his family, who hopes and prays for his well-being as his situation seems to make him worse.
