There must be a path made for the homeless who have fallen out of reach by existing agencies. Screening for Mentally Ill, drug addicts, elderly. Quanset huts were used for housing GI's after WWII in Los Angeles. Temporary Shelter with screening and referral is needed. Funding of course.
Why is this important?
Homeless shelter for indigent people. Mentally ill person I made homeless so he could get help hasn't gotten any in 6 months. Only given citations that cost money out of his SSI check.
