Long-Term Supportive Services—Individualized services to maintain housing, health care, education, and employment for Minnesotans transitioning out of long-term homelessness
Runaway & Homeless Youth Act—Housing and services for youth who are homeless or at-risk
Transitional Housing—Housing and services for families and individuals who have been home- less
Emergency Services Program—Services and emergency shelter for homeless Minnesotans
