Howard Stern, rape isn't a punchline!
"Rape" isn't a punchline.
When, (in reference to two-time Golden Globe winner Lena Dunham's nudity on screen in GIRLS) Stern recently broadcasted, "It's a little fat girl who kinda looks like Jonah Hill and she keeps taking her clothes off and it kind of feels like rape."
It doesn't matter that Dunham is a fan of your work. It doesn't matter than she made light of your words. What matters, Howard Stern, is that people listen to your show and the term "rape" should never be taken lightly, in any context.
Howard Stern, apologize to rape victims everywhere. And if you won't, we call on advertisers everywhere to pull funding from the program or risk being viewed as in support of "rape" as a punchline.
