Neighborhood roads are inadequate, the width of streets allows a minimum distance for 2 cars to pass. There is no shoulder, no curb.
Why is this important?
I broke my leg on these inadequate roads. Neighborhood roads should provide for pedestrians, and bicycle riders, and skaters, as well as cars.
