Increase Wages
Scott County Driver/Transportation wages have fallen behind surrounding counties wages. The employees of The Scott County Board of Education Transportation Dept. deserve and would appreciate a wage increase that follows suit/justifies the counties prosperity/higher standings which is above and beyond other counties that are paying higher wages to their employees than Scott County is to theirs. Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter.
Why is this important?
Scott County has been losing much needed employees due to higher pay rates in other counties. There is a shortage every where and Scott County needs to show their respect and appreciation to/for their dedicated employees by providing fair, just and competitive wages.
