Please change the practice of unjjustly allowing Senior citizens to face eviction from their affordable housing because their disabilities, or bureaucratic delays prevent them from having their renewal forms processed in a timely manner.
Why is this important?
Processing errors, or delays in their renewal process cause their rents to be hiked tremendously despite their eligibility.
