Iraq and Syria: Humanitarian Considerations

Before the United States engages in further military action, I want you to answer my question: I agree with the President; however, I would like to ask how we are going to protect other casualties and provide them resources (like shelter, water, food, formula and basic medical supplies), while we are dropping targeted bombs.

Where are the civilians supposed to go; and do they have transportation to get there and enough advanced warning and information? For instance, if there is a mother of a family, will she have enough time to pack herself a bag with supplies for her children and a way to get them to a safe location that she is informed of? Also, I think it is important, here, and abroad, that we further emphasize that Islam is a peaceful religion. Thank you.

Why is this important?

I agree with the President's decision to take out ISIS. I am concerned about the plans for the civilians and their well being. Also, I think that it is very important, here and abroad, to further emphasize that Islam is a peaceful religion.
