State Reps & Senators and Gov Nixon! I am calling on you to PLEASE Ban & Outlaw Puppy Mills. Here, in our state, of Missouri. As, i am sure you know, we are the Puppy Mill Capitol of America. This is unforgivable & embarassment. And must be taken care of ASAP!!!! Thank you :)
