I want to be compensated for the loss of my first born child which resulted from Medical negligence of Dr. John Shen I was prescribed Medications that caused the death of my baby I what to be compensated for her death and for emotional pain and sufferings which has me in a deep state of depression.
Why is this important?
I want justice for my child and myself Losing my child through neglegiene of a physical that was suppose to be taking of us yet caused us more harm I have never in life feel so low or been so depressed The thought of knowing my baby was inside my womb suffering literally makes my mind sick. Nothing comforts me instead I sit and think of my baby deteriorating inside my womb. given medications that caused her life to be taken away This is the most traumatic life event for me ever I will never be the same knowing my baby was inside of me suffering
