Katie Porter to oversee the Business portion of the Two Trillion dollar, Coronavirus bill

Whereas, this bill contains Two Trillion dollars, as approved by the United States Senate and the House of Representatives, for distribution to businesses and individuals of the United States, and it is most urgent that this money reaches the people and companies it is intended for. For that reason, We The People request the approval of Katherine Moore Porter, an American law professor, attorney, Congresswoman and a staff of her choosing, to have sole discretion and to be overseer of the Two Trillion Coronavirus aid to businesses in this time of the pandemic. The sole purpose of this request is to ensure that the allocated money be used solely as described in the final package as approved by the United States Senate in a vote of 96 to 0 and in the House of Representatives by a Voice vote We , the People request that this be adopted immediately.
