The Federal Government of the United States of America has the statutory and moral duty to promote the safety of all American citizens. Modern technology has shown that radioactivity is in fact threatening the health and life of Americans, most of all the young ones. My personal concern as a Naturalized Citizen, over 90 years of age, is the safe future of my only grandchild, a 9-year-old, healthy boy, who has shown great promise to become an successful citizen.
