The Internet was designed with the idea that it would always be free. Do not allow legislation that will further America's inequality! You were elected to represent the 99% of your constituents!
Why is this important?
I am a retired professor of Computer Science. I live on Social Security and little other income. By choice, I am also a social scientist who writes about inequality in America. Currently I am working on a novel about Silicon Valley. I use the Internet for research constantly. I have a website that I use for blogs. I used the DODNet back in the 1970s when I was programming for the Satellite Test Center.
Please keep the Internet a freeway of information—not a toll road that some cannot afford. It was meant to be always free!
