The City of Lehi has been asked to consider an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map on 1.74 acres located at 2860 North 1200 West. (This is directly across from the entrance to our neighborhood and Curtis Court, in the open pasture) They are requesting to change the use from (VLDR) VERY LOW-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL to (NC) NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL.

Why is this important?
We do not feel that a COMMERCIAL business belongs within our residential neighborhood, nor do we want to see another business office blocking the view of the mountains.
Keep new business within the area already being developed. Our area is growing at a fast pace and we do not need to add this sprawl into every open space between our homes.
We love this area and the beautiful view is one of the many reasons we want to keep the neighborhood residential.
