Why is this important?
I am a mother of 5, youngest being My son Gunnar who is 5yrs old with Trisomy 18. Gunnar has always had to fight to prove he was worth fighting for. From multiple medical procedures to doctors discrediting his fight, he has fought to prove he was worth it. But to those who love him, he deserves no explanation. He is worth the smiles, the laughs, the tears. He is worth it all. And I hope you will feel the same.
