I approve a traffic study be conducted of Lindell blvd for the purpose of determining the viability of implementing traffic calming measures to stop or reduce speeding in the neighborhood.
Why is this important?
The goal of traffic calming is to improve neighborhood livability by minimizing the impact of traffic in Tropic Palms, to create a safe neighborhood street system which will adequately accommodate neighborhood traffic, allow adequate access for emergency services and promote safe and pleasant conditions for residents.
