Make Animal Cruelty A Felony

Every day we are bombarded with several acts of cruelty either on Social Media or through Personal Experiences. I work at a Cat Sanctuary and see first hand how evil people can be!

Why is this important?

I work at a Cat Sanctuary in Jackson NJ. We have some cats that come to us in horrible shape at the hands of their caretakers. Then there are those that just abandon their animals in a box in 90 degree heat. Worst of all are the news articles of owners that beat their animals to death. Fair, Right? A 160 pound man pummeling a 10 pound chihuahua to death. There are states that have made animal cruelty a felony. We, as citizens of NJ need to protect the Innocent!
