To: The City of Detroit, Wayne County and State of Michigan need to refund over taxed property owners and return illegally foreclosed homes to the rightful owners or descendants.

You are complicit in the $600 Million Property Over taxation and Illegally foreclosed homes in Detroit turning it from the largest Black Home Ownership in the nation, to the largest Black Rental City in the nation. Legacy homes were taken illegally, extracting wealth and inheritance from legacy Detroiters.

Why is this important?

This is Reparations for a crime which has displaced legacy homeowners, extracted wealth and inheritance. These homes were sold illegally or demolished. We are demanding Justice be done especially in this pandemic.
