Make pimping a felony in all circumstances whether direct harm to a sex worker or not. This would allow pimps to not be able to get off with a misdemeanor.
Why is this important?
Pimps can get off with fines or probation not alerting people to the true dangers of a pimp. PImps also have a high recidivism rate which means the current system is not working.
