Ron Hextall is an excellent hockey mind as a player AND a gm. He KNOWS how to win and has proven it, the time has come! WE, AS FANS, WANT TO WIN!!!!!!!!!!!
Why is this important?
As a lifelong Flyers' fan I have seen......seasons ending far too soon, free agency players let go by the wayside, excellent players traded away to other teams only to go on and contribute & win Stanley Cups! Let's not forget the players past their prime acquired & those many contracts with far too much time & money written into them! We are the loyalest fan base in the NHL & deserve more than "next year"! Paul Holmgren has had 8 seasons as a GM and gotten us nowhere. Hexy is back, give him & your fans a chance!
