Stop the current Indiana child support guidelines and make people more accountable and responsible for their children!
Why is this important?
I have 3 children and chose to continue my education, making more money than my ex husband. He has since had 5 other children and cannot keep a job. I have been 6 months with no child support and when he did pay, it was set at $59.00 a week with me carrying all health insurance and the first $798.00 annually out of pocket per child. How fair is this? It should be 50/50.
