I believe every taxpayer has the right to know that the men and women running our country, and being paid by us, are drug free, and of a clear mind.
Why is this important?
Fair is fair. Drug testing is done at all work places, If my employer feels I should be drug free on MY job, I feel as we, the employers of the Government, the people of the United States, have a right to drug free officials. We hire them, therefore, we have the right to know they are drug free, and sober and doing their job without hindrances..
