Maple Hill Online HOA Payment
Dear board members of the Maple Hill Home Owners Association:
It has come to numerous people’s attention that the current HOA payment system is not working as intended. Checks are consistently deposited late, bouncing, or unmailed. We believe it is the HOA’s duty to the community to solve this issue now. For months, members of the community have received notices that the HOA is exploring online payment options, without any resolution or intention. This is an issue that multiple community members have spoken out about and are frustrated with. We believe it is the HOAs duty to set up an online payment system as soon as possible so this issue can be addressed and solved immediately. In an attempt to show urgency on this matter, a petition was created by community members. Thank you for your time and cooperation in this effort.

Why is this important?
HOA payments should be able to be made on an immediate basis. Community members should know where their money is going in real time, and can adequately track their HOA spending in their bank accounts immediately. It would also help to absolve the issues of bounced checks, checks getting lost in the mail, and waiting on a third party to deposit said checks.
