WE the People of Hawai'i and its Residents of Waimanalo, hereby declare that Mayor Kirk Caldwell and Waimanalo community chair RESIGN from their positions immediately for reasons below.

The People of Hawai'i, and its Residents of Waimanalo Honolulu, HI. Hereby, declare immediate demand for Mayor Kirk Caldwell and Community Board Chair Wilson Kekoa Ho's resignation.
We the People of Hawai'i hereby request an immediate investigation of fraudulent use of our taxes for unsustainable reasons by both Mayor Kirk Caldwell and Waimanalo Community Board Chairman Wilson Kekoa Ho. We have no reasons to justify these losses by both members of the City. Mahalo , Mel Wildman.

Hi Rev Statues, HI Rev Stat § 205A-44 (2013). And HI Rev Stat §171-58.5, and §205A-44. All seem to say the same thing....Leave what is not yours alone....we could pretty much file an injunction upon the legitimate fact where public is concerned.
Any public body subject to the State Budget Act, Chapter 143C of the General Statutes and exercising quasi-judicial functions, during a meeting or session held solely for the purpose of making a decision in an adjudicatory action or proceeding. ( § 143-318.12. Public notice of official meetings. (case notes AG).

We should not allow our Public servants or Officials of Government in Office, apply waste and abuse of our funds that show lack of sustainable purpose to our human needs. This project is irrelevant to all purposes of Human need. Wildman.
Additional information :
This situation of his projects to the public is total incompetence of his ability to properly serve as Mayor to the City and County of Honolulu.
His past service in office included an implied scam and contract with a Mr. Lyon, regarding the Airport Contract deal. Then tried to hide the information by getting rid of the documents the minute he heard Mr. Lyon was being investigated by the FBI.
1. His ability to cause conflict of public tax payers and fees are noted.
2. His ability to create huge losses to the entire STATE for the rail.
3. His incompetence to not control his rail FUNDS.
4. His mismanagement of the rail and its financial losses to taxpayers.
5. His project of Wiamanalo Sherwood is "irrelevant" and totally a loss to taxpayers.
His obligations in office is incomplete in his projects, The Rail has failed since he got into Office...and still continues to plummet in COST. Instead of building a baseball field in his district he proposed a District he is not even raised or born in. And should had built it where his rail would serve the purpose of transportation in Waipahu, Not Waimanalo. He must be called to " resign " or be impeached due to his incompetent acts in Office.
6. His project of the Rail Is funded by the taxpayers , those who live on the Windward side to the East side have no use of it. Those who live on the outer Islands have no use for it. And , now he wants to build a baseball field on a sacred ground in Waimanalo...with whose taxes ? Evey person on the Outside Islands and East / Northshore / Windward Oahu have no use for the Rail.
Now both, Mayor and Waimanalo Community Board Chairman Mr. Wilson Kekoa Ho, wishes for all of you named in the above to pay taxes for the Mayors Baseball Field and park. In this case the full project involves a $32 million plan to build a regional sports center, including a Little League diamond, a full-size baseball field, two additional fields that could be used for rugby or soccer and up to 470 parking stalls. Phase 1 includes one ball field, a playground and 11 parking stalls, at a cost of $1.42 million.
What part of this project does he promote '' SUSTAINABILITY ?".
Mayor Caldwell , can you prove to me that it is sustainable for food ? or sustainable for environmental purpose or climate control , or housing ? what part of this project is relevant to human needs ? There is no relevance to Human Need in this project. But i do see a large kickback from its Developers like the Lyon scam investigation.
This is virtually a sign that you are mentally incompetent to your position as Mayor. They gym has not been repaired or completed in repairs, we have a baseball field in Waimanalo already, You are born and raised in a district that your rail is situated in...and should have had built a baseball field instead of a RAIL !....Wildman.

(1). There was no legal Treaty of Annexation between Hawai’i and the U.S.
(2). The conspirators were called insurgents by U.S. president Glover Cleveland in his address to the U.S. Congress.
(3). The U.S. apology law is a domestic law which means it has no effect in Hawai’i.
(4). All ceded lands aka Crown lands are not for sale for profit by the State or City.
(5). City has no rights to Crown lands they are not an Heir of.
(6). Damages to crown lands that are sacred by a Non-Hawaiian is "racial' discrimination.
(7). People of Hawai'i and its community shall have the right to claim solidarity and peace to their community for the sake of Humanity. And shall not be abrdiged by the Government to incur distrubance to their peace, their lifestyle , or their religious beliefs.
The people and Residents of Waimanalo hereby call for your immediate resignations of Office.
